"My name is Ruth Hooper. I am a Nurse Practitioner and still work shifts even at the age of 78. In my nursing career, I treated a few individuals with Argyria (a condition where the skin turns blue due to overconsumption of colloidal silver). As such, I was not a fan of silver for any antimicrobial treatment.
Personally, I struggled with reoccurring episodes of Rosacea on my face, a condition that is not only aesthetically unappealing, but also very painful. Knowing the best medical professionals in my area, I consulted with them and tried every recommended internal and external treatment to no avail.
One evening while visiting with my sister-in-law and sharing with her my frustration over lack of success in treating my Rosacea, my brother, who was in the adjoining room and hearing our conversation, said “Ruth, try this silver gel for your Rosacea. I assure you it is not going to turn you blue.” As I was at the end of my rope of no success in treating this condition, I was willing to try the silver gel just because my brother believed it would help—although I was still very skeptical.
Within 3 days of applying the gel, my Rosacea cleared up. My brother then introduced me to a silver lotion/cream to use daily as a maintenance which I started and continue to use daily (applying it under my makeup). I have continued this regimen now for over four years and have had no reoccurrence of the Rosacea. The added and unexpected benefit of applying the silver lotion daily is my skin condition has improved to where even my morning walking partner along with other friends have commented on my skin and asked me what I am doing that has improved my skin texture and smoothness. Co-workers have a hard time believing I am 78. I attribute that primarily to the condition and health of my skin which I love. I no longer use foundation on my skin as my skin looks great without it. No question in my mind, it is due to the silver lotion.
Thanks for the great products—I am a total convert and now one of your biggest silver products fans."
